 Vayikra: the unseen

בְּמִרְיָם בַּת בִּילְגָּה שֶׁהֵמִירָה דָּתָהּ: She embittered her thinking, she changed the way she thought about the world in a bitter way ( appropriate to he name)

וְנִשֵּׂאת לְסַרְדְּיוֹט אֶחָד מִמַּלְכֵי יְווֹנִים  She married  Greek, a rationalist

לוֹקוּס לוֹקוּס: This is joke.  The Latin word for wolf is Lupus, and the ק looks like a p. Miriam was in transition from the Hebrew to the Roman

וְאִי אַתָּה עוֹמֵד עֲלֵיהֶם בִּשְׁעַת הַדְּחָק The  expectation of salvation from Hashem persists.  It is her disappointment that embitters her.  Which side is she on?

extirpate the leavened in preparation  for Passover\

Is this also a waste of time?

difference in the  perceptions of the dimensionality of the world

science is a belief system, too

 philosophy about things that are measured with instruments

science is an esoteric belief system, available only to the initiated

Exile: there is a better place than now: Egypt vs the desert, Eden vs anywhere else

 Gd is offended when we fail to have the courage to keep our promises.

The asham was offered for:

When he has heard a public imprecation and—although able to testify as one who has either seen or learned of the matter—he does not give information, so that he is subject to punishment;

Or when a person utters an oath to bad or good purpose—whatever a man may utter in an oath—and, though he has known it, the fact has escaped him, but later he realizes his guilt in any of these matters—

by dealing deceitfully with his fellow in the matter of a deposit or a pledge, or through robbery, or by defrauding his fellow,

or by finding something lost and lying about it; if he swears falsely regarding any one of the various things that one may do and sin thereby—

when one has thus sinned and, realizing his guilt, would restore that which he got through robbery or fraud, or the deposit that was entrusted to him, or the lost thing that he found,

or anything else about which he swore falsely, he shall repay the principal amount and add a fifth part to it. He shall pay it to its owner when he realizes his guilt.
